Certified Pharmacy Technician
Reports To: Head of Pharmacy Success
Location: Remote
Salary: $40,000-$50,000
BetterRX is a growing software-as-a-service (SAAS) company in the healthcare industry looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join the Pharmacy Success Team! We are a people-obsessed company on a mission to end needless suffering caused by medication delays through innovative software solutions that connect every member of the patient’s care team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for onboarding, supporting and helping pharmacies in the BetterRX network. You will work closely with valued clients and internal cross-functional teams across the BetterRX organization. You will be a key contributor in sustaining high client satisfaction, retention, and our reputation for excellence.

You are known as a team player, trusted advisor, and master juggler… of projects, that is. You have a gift for clear, concise communication (both written and verbal) and love identifying process improvements to increase efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
· Support the efforts of the Pharmacy Success and Customer Experience Teams
· Contact independent pharmacies and gather information about the services they can provide to our hospice clients
· Build and maintain a database of pharmacy partners to ensure information is accurate and up to date
· Identify new pharmacy partners to help support BetterRX hospices
· Onboard new pharmacies to the BetterRX network: work with the pharmacy and third-party partners to ensure all details are in place prior to client go-live.
· Educate and teach pharmacies about how they can be successful by partnering with BetterRX and serving the hospice industry
· Identify, troubleshoot and solve issues; conduct root cause analysis to prevent future issues
· Help build out a Knowledge Base and contribute to our ongoing process improvement efforts
· Assist the Sales Team in identifying the best pharmacy options for their prospective clients

· Ability to successfully manage a large number of tasks and simultaneous projects.
· Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented with meticulous follow-up
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
· Comfortable speaking to pharmacists and pharmacy staff members
· High technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems with ease
· Strong relationship building skills (people love working with you)
· Ability to simplify and concisely educate pharmacy partners about our platform
· Professional and calm while working through challenging and complex situations
· Self-driven and motivated with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment
Other Requirements
· Must be humble, hungry and smart
· CPhT or equivalent certification/experience required
· Experience working at a pharmacy required; hospice or LTC pharmacy experience a plus
· Ability to work 100% remote in quiet home office with reliable, high-speed Internet access
· Ability to travel for internal company meetings (usually twice annually)
