Pharmacy Success Manager

Reports To: Pharmacy Success Leader

Location: Remote - US

Position Type: Full-Time/Exempt

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 annual salary

 

Summary

BetterRX is a growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) company in the healthcare industry looking for a Pharmacy Success Manager to join our Pharmacy Success Team.

In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for finding new pharmacy partners and subsequently building a relationship with each of them. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with existing pharmacy partners who fill prescriptions for our hospice clients. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Sales Team and our Client Experience Team as you work together to ensure our hospice clients have access to the best hospice pharmacies in the nation

Primary Responsibilities

§ Research and identify community pharmacies across the United States who can fill prescriptions for our hospice clients.

§ Proactively recruit pharmacies to join the pharmacy network (most local pharmacies want to work with us).

§ Own, build and maintain ongoing relationships with pharmacy partners.

§ Work closely with the Sales Team to identify the optimal pharmacy partners for sales prospects.

§ Collaborate with our Client Experience Team to help find new pharmacies and creative solutions for existing clients.

§ Negotiate reimbursement rates with new and existing pharmacy partners.

§ Onboard new pharmacies and prepare them to fill prescriptions for our hospice clients.

§ Introduce new pharmacy partners to hospice clients and moderate calls between the two parties.

§ Troubleshoot issues, identify the root cause, solve the problem, and continually improve the process to prevent future issues.

§ Ensure pharmacies are successful when working with our hospice clients.

§ Help pharmacies grow their hospice business through pharmacy-generated hospice referrals.

· Proficient with MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Other Requirements

· 2+ years of account management, partner development, sales, or similar experience.

· 1+ year of successful B2B experience.

· Experience in Pharmacy, Wholesale, or Pharmacy Software is a plus but not required.

· Ability to work 100% remote.

· Ability to travel for internal company summits and conferences (4-6 times per year).

· BS Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

· Must pass a background check.
