This hospice partner has been a customer since February of 2021. They originally were looking for a new option due to the e-Prescribe mandate in Texas, and it was crucial that the partner they chose could integrate with Net Health. Additionally, they needed the ability to view their overall PPD spend and the support understanding the report, so they could work towards reducing and creating better practices amongst their teams.
This hospice’s main challenge was how high their PPD was. Their PPD spend was significant and they couldn’t put a finger on what was the cause of it. They needed to have more visibility and access to reports so that they could work towards bringing expenses down.
Our Customer Success (CS) team spent time with this hospice partner to more clearly identify key areas that needed work. The CS team was able to use the BetterRX Connected RX Platform reporting to see where excess costs were, highlight action items and use that insight to provide ways for this hospice to bring their PPD down. Over three months, they were able to average a 40% reduction on their PPD! And, our integration with Net Health allowed them to transition to our platform seamlessly!
